Warranty Information

1. Quality Assurance – Customer Warranty

1.1 Upon delivery of the goods and receipt of full payment, we guarantee our workmanship
and materials under the following warranty terms:

● Structural Design & Manufacturing: Includes any issues with the structural integrity of
the building, such as rot or corrosion – covered for 10 years.

● Fixtures & External Features: Includes door and window hinges and locks, and
external decking (including rot, corrosion, and structural faults) – covered for 3 years.

● Finishes & Accessories: Includes external fascias, internal linings and trim, floor
coverings, internal fittings, and blinds – covered for 1 year.

1.2 Subject to the conditions below, if:

a. You notify us in writing within a reasonable time after discovering a fault during the
warranty period;

b. We are given a fair opportunity to inspect the issue; and

c. If requested, you return the goods to our premises at our expense –
We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the faulty item(s), or offer a full refund of
the affected item’s value.

1.3 Our warranty does not apply if:

a. You continue to use the goods after reporting a fault;

b. The issue arises because instructions for storage, installation, use, or maintenance were
not followed – either those provided by us or generally accepted practices;

c. The fault is due to us following a drawing, design, or specification you supplied;

d. You modify or attempt repairs on the goods without our written consent;

e. The fault is due to normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or unusual environmental or
working conditions;

f. Any changes were made to the goods to comply with legal or regulatory requirements
which caused variations from the original specification;

g. The garden room is used as living accommodation (e.g. as a permanent dwelling).

1.4 Beyond what is outlined in this warranty, we accept no further responsibility for any
issues with the goods.

1.5 These terms also apply to any items we repair or replace under this warranty.
1.6 The warranty does not cover:

● Damage caused by weather exposure;
● Door realignment or adjustment;
● Warping of timber fascia boards;
● Minor cracks in timber cladding or fascias;
● Items (materials, appliances, or services) you supply for us to install – these are fitted
on a goodwill basis only;
● Ground movement or subsidence of the garden room or its installation area;
● Any damage caused by obstructing the sides of the garden room;
● Any alterations made to the garden room by you or a third party that result in
damage.

2. Limitation of Liability

2.1 We hold insurance to cover individual claims up to £5 million. This limit reflects the level
of insurance we’ve secured. It’s your responsibility to arrange additional cover if needed.

2.2 These liability limits apply to any type of claim relating to the contract, including those
based in contract law, negligence, misrepresentation, or otherwise.

2.3 Nothing in this agreement limits liability for:

a. Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

b. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

c. Breach of legal ownership or the right to sell goods (as per the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or
the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982);

d. Faulty products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

2.4 Subject to the above, our maximum liability under this contract will not exceed the total
value of your order.

2.5 While we guarantee the goods and services will meet the agreed specifications, we
exclude any implied terms under sections 13–15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and sections

3–5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, as far as legally allowed.

2.6 These limitations remain in effect even after the contract ends.
